Outcomes of appeal hearing
by independent panel It is with mixed sentiment that I report the outcome of an appeal heard
by an independent panel which recommended
that Thombei the Mist is rightfully declared the winner of both the
Balnarring Invitational Tournament and the Tulum Sands Callaway Classic 2022

Dear Agnes, How are you
doing babe? Congrats again for another brilliantly organised and really fun
comp. However, I
must dutifully and respectfully request a refund of nnomads GC fees paid at
the recent BIT and TSCC competitions. Also, could you please remove all
evidence of my participation in these events. If I am to be considered
persona non grata (which is the Transcendental Truth of all “selves” … see
attachment below, in relation to the scoring process and actual outcomes of
the events I consider it inappropriate to be charged for my non-participation
and further burdened by having my handicap adjusted based on an event I never
attended. Please also
adjust the nnomads website and remove the fake news photos suggestive of
outcomes other than what has been “decided” by nnomads deep state
propogandists as the actual outcome. Understand
Agnes honey that although I am happy to go along with an outdated and
antiquated set of social club rules in relation to any single competition and
a potentially “flexible” scoring system, a “clean sweep’ of concurrent events
demands mystic action. Ever yours Thombei the

Zoom meeting of the nnomads GC committee noted the following: 1. The nnomads CG is broke and is not able to refund any fees to Thombei
the Mist 2. The nnomads GC committee could not come to a consensus
decision about what to do because The Committee is likely to receive
criticism no matter what the final decision would be. 3. By appointing an independent panel to hear the appeal, the
Committee would then have someone else to blame, hence, avoiding any unwanted
criticism. Unanimous
Committee Decision: Appoint an independent panel
to two ‘beings’ to review the appeal and decide what should be done about the
2022 BIT and TSCC results. Note: The appointed panel consisted of Tee Vee (female golfer with
strong opinions) and Harry’s cat (responsible for the nnomads GC
administrivia and periodic Kitty report). The
Chairperson of the panel sent the final decision to The Committee early this
morning (22/10/2022) which was as follows: 1. To credit Thombei the Mist with winning both the BIT
and TSCC 2022 including the provision of prize balls, allocation of
appropriate points on the Bladder, and having his name on the trophies. 2. To allow publicised prize winners to keep any prize balls
allocated to them, not be allocated points for winning, not have their names
on the trophies, but be acknowledged in publicity and event reports. Comments from
panel members “It was an
easy decision in the end. We asked ourselves some simple questions. 1) Did
Thombei the Mist actually win the BIT by 6 strokes? The answer is yes! 2) Did
Thombei the Mist actually win the TSCC by 2 strokes? The answer is yes!
Should Thombei the Mist be penalised purely because someone (unnamed for
privacy reasons) could not add up properly? The answer is no! So true justice
would be to recognise the real winner for what they achieved on the day.
Hence, we recommend that Thombei the Mist is rightfully declared the winner
of both events and the reported results be adjusted to reflect this.” - Chairperson
