The Cardinal Gets The League Ladder Points On Handicap: To ensure the results of the 2003 Melbourne Cup Cup were included in the nnomads
Golf Club league ladder for 2003, The Cardinal generously sponsored the
entire field by promising to pay the $11.00 required ($1.00 per person) to
trigger use of nnomads club prizes, event bonuses
and league ladder points. The Cardinal Wins Two Balls and Cam Wins Another One: Based on the present club rules, three balls are available as
prizes where there are 7 players in the field of any event. There was only
one NTP awarded in the game (Cam, gets another NTP ball courtesy of The
Cardinal congratulations Cam). So that left two balls to be awarded to the
winner. Now that happens to be The Cardinal who with his score of 97 and
handicap of 28 came in with blistering net score of 69, three shots clear of
Curtis on a net 72. The rest of the field were challenging Bradman on 75 +
not out. The club congratulates The Cardinal on his convincing handicap
performance in the 2003 Melbourne Cup Cup (based on
the assumption he pays the $11.00 strictly 14 days from date of publication.
The balls will be distributed and points allocated to The Cardinal and Cam in
