Standardised Event Report: ‘TJ perfectly in SINC’
August 3rd 2019: Once again it was a sensational day for the annual running of the Swan Island nnomads Cup (SINC) at Queenscliff Golf Club early in August 2019. While the weather initially looked threatening, nothing was going to stop this fantastic event.
As was expected, a solid cross section from the cream of the nnomads Golf Club membership base turned out, creating only what could be described as a [insert preferred headline] field. Preferred headline alternatives – 1) Impressive, 2) Top class, 3) Sensational, 4) Magnificent or 5) Awe-inspiring: First onto the tee in Group 1 were Rubber Man, The Cardinal, The Hanging Judge and The Bloke closely followed by Stavros the Greek, Pup, TJ and Freddie Five Iron in the second group. With a highly skilled field like this, it was clearly going to be a [insert preferred headline] competition (see 2019 Player Groups).	SINC Player groups 2019 Photos
Solid competition on course: And that is exactly how it turned out with a truly a [Insert preferred headline] a display of how to play competition golf. Perfect examples included Stavros the Greek’s [Insert preferred headline] longest drive on the 18^th, and his [Insert preferred headline] NTP on the 3^rd , not to mention TJ’s [Insert preferred headline] longest drive on the 4^th. It is fair to say that the adoring gallery once again got their money’s worth that day (see On Course in 2019).	On course at the SINC 2019 Photos.
TJ perfectly in SINC: At the end of the day it was very close with TJ (97,26,71), just edging out The Hanging Judge (96,24,26), by one stroke, with Rubber Man coming in a few strokes behind in 3^rd place (see detailed results below). Outstanding presentations: Once again, the presentations were held at Pup’s very comfortable ranch where it was a celebration of TJ’s [Insert preferred headline] performance on the day. “I want to thank the committee …” started out TJ who was subsequently drowned out by the cheers from the on looking gallery (see AMOK 2019 Winners Speech). The Club committee congratulates TJ on his second [Insert preferred headline] win and indeed all other winners on the day. The committee again observes that The Bloke still leads the 2019 club championship, meaning nnomads GC members need to give him some real competition at the next major event - The Triggered Major 3 to be run in September. So, book early and see you there.
