Group 1 as at the first tee: Don Johnson, Curtis, Slugger and The Bloke

Group 2 as at the 1^st tee: The Cardinal, Rubber Man and Stavros The Greek

Group 2 as at the end of first hole: Rubber Man and Stavros the Greek

The Bloke ‘in transition’ between Group 1 and Group 2 at the end of the 1^st hole

Group 1 as at 2^nd tee: Curtis, Don Johnson and Slugger

Group 2 as at 2^nd tee: Rubber Man, The Bloke and Stavros the Greek

…and that is how the groups remained for the rest of the competition!
